Orders

In most cases we have specific sizes for items , however if you need a specific size for your project just send us an email and we can make it and ship it within one to two days. Pricing would only be more if the object is bigger than the largest size for that item. 

 

Postage charges

We use Royal Mail to deliver our products which for smaller items will be in stiff backed card envelopes.

​

Unfortunatly we've had to put up our shipping costs as Royal mail and packaging costs have gone up over the years. This is the first time we've done this since starting the website.

Prices for postage range from 

Spend £0 - £15 = £3.50

           £15 - £50 = £5

           £50 + = FREE

Terms and conditions

Should you not be happy with your order you can return it to us (at your own cost) for a full refund. As always please contact us if there are issues with your order as we can ship out individual parts should a piece be broken in transit.
